Right then, found your way to the FAQ, have you? Excellent. If you’re curious enough to be here, you likely want to understand what goes on behind the scenes at Dafy Gaming Hub. You’ve possibly wondered about the games I cover, how I dissect them – you know, past the explosions and fancy graphics – or why I bother focusing on certain aspects.
This page addresses those points. Take a gander maybe I’ve anticipated your questions.
I am focusing on PC games mostly. Whether a fresh indie title, a major RPG release, or RTS, if it’s on PC, has some RPG elements so you can expect it to appear on my website.
Weekly updates are the standard. Posts may appear more frequently if something particularly exciting hits.
The approach is fully opinion-driven think Gonzo journalism applied to gaming. Reviews reflect the authentic experience, with no sugarcoating or spec-dumping.
Suggestions are welcome. If the topic is interesting and fits the overall blog direction, it may be featured.
Yes, I create gaming guides and tips for various games and genres. I have a special category dedicated to gaming content where I cover walkthroughs for popular titles, character build recommendations, strategy breakdowns for competitive play, achievement hunting guides, beginner-friendly tutorials, advanced technique explanations, and game mechanic analyses.
New posts appear weekly. Follow on social platforms or just visit the website from time to time 🙂
No dedicated news coverage at the moment. However, major updates or industry events may be mentioned if they impact the reviewed games.
Early access titles are evaluated with context. If a game shows strong potential or glaring flaws, both are highlighted. Progress is tracked in later posts if updates significantly change the experience.
Yes! I have a special modding category. And two subcategories, one for modding guides and another one where I post lists with the best mods (in my opinion ofc). If a mod adds substantial value, fixes a broken mechanic, or completely transforms the gameplay, it gonna get covered.
Yes. Sometimes a classic deserves a fresh look especially if it’s still playable, moddable, or newly relevant due to community interest or updates.
Yes, if they offer a meaningful experience without paywalls or manipulative monetization. Games must stand on their own merit regardless of pricing.
There’s no set rule. From short narrative experiences to 100+ hour open-world sagas, all are fair game if they deliver something memorable.
Yes, I do use it like I use Photoshop for editing screenshots and OBS with Premiere Pro to edit gameplay videos. I don’t use AI when I write game reviews.
For instance, I use it to generate the featured images for posts or funny screenshot-like images in Gothic Remake Review for example. Additionally, AI assists in searching and validating factual information within the content, such as release dates for games. It gives me links and then I check the info.
While AI contributes to these aspects and some minor writing tasks, all content undergoes my verification before publication. I have a job and work full-time so it helps me to speed up the process and create the content that i’m passionate about ☺️
Yes. If a major update, expansion, or overhaul changes the game significantly, a follow-up review or commentary may appear.
Quoting with credit is fine. Sharing links is encouraged. Republishing entire articles without permission isn’t allowed. Send me your quality posts I would gladly include links to you in my blog posts.
I’m always open to all requests, especially from indie devs. Transparency and editorial independence remain essential to ensure honest, high-quality content for blog visitors – coverage is never influenced by payment or external pressure.
Possibly 😉. Plans may evolve based on demand and time. For now, the focus is on written content, screenshots & short videos on my Pinterest.
