Cyberpunk 2077’s character creator is not bad, but after dozens of hours in Night City, V can start to feel a little generic. If, like me, you think your protagonist’s appearance should be as distinctive as your playstyle, you have probably already visited my Cyberpunk 2077 page looking for body mods.
This is a selection of the most popular body mods in Cyberpunk: from complete replacement models to high-resolution textures!
Enhanced Big Breasts (EBB) Body Mod by Hyst
Does V’s vanilla female model seem to lack curves or realistic physics? You are not alone. That is probably why Hyst’s EBB is one of the most downloaded female body mods on Nexus. It is designed to make the female figure more expressive and realistic.

- Several versions, including standard EBB and variants that work with other mods, such as Realistic Butt (RB).
- Realistic breast physics, which works in first and third person modes, as well as in photo mode.
- Includes HD foot textures with the ability to switch them (using ArchiveXL and Equipment-EX).
✅ Gameplay changes: this is primarily a visual mod, but the added physics brings a new sense of movement to V’s model. You notice it particularly when playing in third person or setting up the perfect shot in Photo Mode.
Spawn0 — BODY MOD 2.0 — in game better body shape
Look through the most downloaded and highest-rated Cyberpunk 2077 mods and this one consistently ranks near the top, for good reason. It is a complete toolkit for adjusting your physique in-game rather than just a body preset. If you want full control of V’s body without constantly quitting and changing files in your mod folder, this is the choice.

The standout feature is integration with Cyber Engine Tweaks (CET). Instead of installing one fixed body shape, you get an in-game menu that combines presets for almost every part of the body. It is an incredibly powerful, convenient system.
- Adjust V’s breasts, buttocks, shoulders, neck, hips, calves, biceps, and forearms through CET.
- More than 40 different body types to combine, including huge, muscular and natural variants.
- Automatically adjusts all in-game clothing to your chosen body shape.
- The mod page also serves as a hub for optional additions: natural breast physics, 4K skin textures and body hair textures.
✅ Gameplay changes: this is the ultimate customization and role-playing tool. You can create exactly the V you imagine, from a huge, muscular bruiser to a leaner, more refined version, without leaving the game. Having the mod fit your entire wardrobe to the new body shape is a huge achievement that saves you the headache of textures showing through clothing, known as clipping.
VTK Vanilla HD Body for FemV — High Resolution Mesh and Textures
While central to the V Texture Kit (VTK) ecosystem, this also works as a strong standalone body mod. It rebuilds V’s vanilla appearance in high resolution rather than drastically changing proportions.

- A high-poly HD overhaul of female V’s body, head, eyelashes, and cyberarms with vanilla proportions.
- Improved 4K-8K textures with custom skin microdetails.
- Almost complete elimination of visible seams between the head, body and hands, which is great for third-person play.
- Fully working character creator options, including seamless overlays of nipples and genitals.
- A significantly improved mesh with more polygons for smoother curves, especially on the legs and feet.
✅ Gameplay changes: the visual difference is enormous. It provides an ideal base for other texture mods, from tattoos to skin details. Tattoos apply correctly, Monowire stops leaving odd marks on the skin, and cutscenes and Photo Mode look a world apart from vanilla.
-KS- Atlas Male Body Mod by KS
KS’s Atlas is for players who want V to look as though he spends all day pumping iron rather than hacking terminals. This is a high-quality muscular body mod.

- A high-poly mesh with four times the detail, especially for torso and leg muscles.
- Fits most vanilla clothing without refits.
- It uses the KS-UV Texture Framework and comes with built-in Better Feet.
✅ Changes in gameplay: Turns the physique of the male V into the figure of a real athlete. This improvement is perfect for a street fighter build or solo, giving V an imposing look matching his lethal skills.
Gymfiend Athletic Male Body
If Atlas looks too bulky for you, Gymfiend offers a leaner, more athletic alternative. This male muscle mod focuses on a toned, sporty appearance rather than a bodybuilder’s physique.

- A balanced athletic build with realistic muscle definition.
- It is designed to be compatible with vanilla clothing.
- Works with the VTK framework for male V textures.
✅ Gameplay changes: this mod gives V the look of a strong, athletic, all-round mercenary. The emphasis is less on brute strength and more on agility and fitness.
VTK — Story Tattoo (F and M)
Body mods are not always about changing shapes. Sometimes the best ones tell the story right on the skin. This is one of my favorite mods for that reason. It adds a full set of stunning, hand-drawn tattoos that directly mirror V’s path through the plot. This is not a standalone mod, but a version developed specifically for the V Texture Kit (VTK) system.

- Hand-drawn tattoos covering the entire body, neck and hands with elements of the story from the game.
- Requires pre-installing a VTK-compatible mod on the body (e.g. Gymfiend for male V or many other “VTK Body” mods for female V).
- Available for both male and female V model.
✅ Gameplay changes: purely cosmetic, but full of personality and atmosphere for role-playing. V’s skin becomes a living record of your playthrough. As you reach major story moments, you see them reflected on your character, a lovely touch for immersion.
Lethal Curves — Body Rig
Let’s be honest: vanilla female V’s body is rather standard and lacks naturally defined curves. That is where Lethal Curves comes in. It completely overhauls rigging, or skeletal animation, to give V a fuller physique with more realistic and pronounced curves.

- Reworks female body rigging for natural curves at the chest, waist, and hips.
- Significantly improves the physics of motion.
- Improves the way clothes sit and drape on the body.
- Compatible with most other mods.
✅ Gameplay changes: a major improvement to visual immersion. Whether fighting or simply walking down a street, V’s movements feel weightier and more alive. Clothing, especially tight outfits, follows the new shape much better, a major benefit if you enjoy wardrobe customization.
Spawn0 — BODY CREATOR 2.0
Body modding can look intimidating: complex frameworks, compatibility patches, and nightmarish load orders can be a lot to handle. Spawn0 Body Creator is an ideal answer. It is a simple, exceptionally convenient way to change V’s physique without the headaches.

- Provides simple options for adjusting the proportions of the upper and lower body.
- It has a well-developed, natural breast shape as a base.
- It does not require additional frameworks or dependencies.
- Serves as an excellent, stable foundation for many other texture and appearance mods.
✅ Gameplay changes: makes customization simple and accessible. Create the physique you imagine for V, whether athletic, slim, or somewhere between. Easy installation and removal encourage experimentation without the fear of breaking your game.
Solo Body 2.0 by KS (High-Poly Muscular Female Body)
Sometimes the sequel is better than the original. For players who built a fighter V around the Body attribute, the standard slender physique can feel disconnected from her abilities. The original Solo body was a good step, but Solo 2.0 is a complete rebuild from scratch: an entirely new, hand-sculpted mesh for a V who looks truly powerful and athletic.

- A completely new, hand-sculpted muscular mesh of the female body.
- 16 times more polygons compared to vanilla for incredible smoothness and detail.
- New arm meshes with an optional Lethal Arms rig for a stronger physique.
- Fully functional breast morphs in the editor (by default, large and small).
- Built-in compatibility with Switchfeet footwear mods.
✅ Gameplay changes: a purely visual overhaul for role-playing and immersion. Your V finally looks like a street samurai who can hold her own in a fight. It changes how she comes across in cutscenes, Photo Mode, and even inventory. Your build gains visual confirmation that the base game cannot provide.
Biblically Accurate Freckles
Digital skin can be overly smooth, clean, and plastic. Besides having an excellent name, this mod addresses that problem. It adds a wonderful layer of realistic microdetails to V’s skin, making the character look less like a doll and more like a living person.

- Adds a realistic scattering of freckles across V’s entire skin.
- There is a version of Tattoo (Head and Body) for the KS-UV Texture Framework.
- There is a separate version of the Tattoo (head and body), created specifically for the VTK (V Texture Kit) system.
- There is a simple version of Skin that applies freckles only to the body and allows the use of freckles on the face from the base game.
✅ Gameplay changes: a subtle adjustment with a major effect on immersion. In close-up dialogue and character creation, you see detail that makes V feel more real and alive. Essential for anyone spending a lot of time in Photo Mode.
Mod installation recommendations
Cyberpunk modding can seem daunting, but a few basics help:
- Use a mod manager: seriously. Use Vortex Mod Manager. Manual installation is a recipe for headaches, especially with mods that have complex dependencies.
- Install the basic frameworks: Almost every modern mod requires a set of basic tools. You’ll almost always need Cyber Engine Tweaks, RED4ext, REDscript, TweakXL, ArchiveXL, and Equipment-EX. Install them first.
- Read the descriptions: Each mod page has instructions. Read them. Check requirements, incompatibility and loading order. That solves 90 percent of the problems.
- Understand refits: body replacements such as EBB need clothing refits. These separate mods reshape clothing meshes to fit the new body and prevent visual glitches.
Create the perfect body for your V.
Ultimately, these Cyberpunk 2077 body mods are about self-expression. They give you control over creating the protagonist you imagine, whether a chrome-heavy solo with an Atlas physique or a refined netrunner adjusted to perfection through sliders.
By the way, I have a complete guide to putting together a mod setup, with mods grouped into gameplay, graphics, and immersion categories. You can choose only what you need instead of installing everything.
