Adult mods for Kenshi: body textures, revealing outfits and more

Yet Another Kenshi Nude Mod

Kenshi’s default underwear textures look painted onto the character model, which gets in the way of customization. Yet Another Kenshi Nude Mod removes them and replaces them with nude textures for humans and Shek, with separate versions for male and female characters.

Kenshi Nude Mod

A straightforward replacement for female body textures, with no dependencies or settings. Kenshi Nude Mod only affects female characters, offering textures for humans and Shek, a small download, and minimal conflicts with other mods.

The textures are not as good as those in Yet Another Kenshi Nude Mod, but it works without patches and rarely conflicts with other mods.

✅ A good choice if you do not want to spend time sorting out load order and compatibility. Install it and get on with playing.

Dong Patch

Without this patch, Yet Another Kenshi Nude Mod appears unfinished for male characters in a number of situations. Dong Patch corrects the positioning of male anatomy and adds correct interaction with clothing.

Load strictly after the main mod – otherwise the patch will not be applied.

✅ Without it, the mod setup looks unfinished. If you install Yet Another Kenshi Nude Mod, Dong Patch is an essential follow-up.

Bouncing Boobs / Bouncing Chest

The base game has no body physics animations. Bouncing Boobs / Bouncing Chest adds breast physics for female characters on top of the standard movement system, applying it to walking, running, and combat animations.

The mod has a history of availability issues on the Steam Workshop – before deciding whether to install it or not, you should check whether the mod is currently available for download.

✅ The most desirable modification in every sense. Works well with “Yet Another Kenshi Nude Mod”.

Beep’s Boobs

Female NPCs in Kenshi are uniform in body type. Beep’s Boobs by TheKoronevirus raises the minimum breast size for all female NPCs in the game – works on all races without exception.

Female Android

Most 18+ mods only change textures. Female Android adds recruitable NPC androids with unique appearance, hairstyles and combat animations – they can be found in the Hub.

The mod was originally released in Japanese; an English translation patch is available.

2B Mod (Nier Automata)

Several versions of 2B for Kenshi are available on Steam Workshop. 2B Mod adds the Nier Automata character as a recruitable squad member classified as a Skeleton, which makes sense given the lore of both games.

✅ 2B looks right at home in Kenshi’s post-apocalyptic world. The different versions of the mod let you choose where to find her.

Drifter’s Leather Hot Pants

Drifter’s Leather Hot Pants adds leather shorts with exposed legs that look like actual light armor rather than fantasy bikini armor. Their stats match standard light protection, so the revealing design does not come with reduced numbers.

✅ A good option if you are not aiming for a pornographic Kenshi setup, but do not mind a little erotic content.

Sexy Clothing

Standard armor in Kenshi covers the whole body. Sexy Clothing adds revealing clothing options ranging from relatively modest outfits to bikini styles, while retaining standard protection stats.

18+ Female Body

18+ Female Body is the main adult mod on Steam Workshop offering nude female body textures.

Enable adult content in your Steam account settings to make the mod appear in search results. Otherwise, it will not show up in general searches.

✅ Convenient for those who prefer installation via Steam. Nexus mods give you a little more flexibility, but this mod is easier to keep up to date.

Recommendations for installing mods

A few rules that will save you time when putting together an 18+ mod setup for Kenshi.

1. Make a backup copy of your saves and mods folder before any installation.
2. One mod for body textures is the basic rule. Multiple competing body packages will cause a conflict.
3. Load order: base frameworks first, then body mods, then clothing and armor. Physics mods are usually less sensitive to their position.
4. On Nexus Mods, enable adult content in Site Preferences – otherwise most mods will be hidden by default.
5. Use direct links to find mods on Steam Workshop; the platform’s search does not always show adult content in regular results.
6. Animation mods are usually compatible with each other, but do the first check on a separate save.
7. Physics mods add a small amount of system load with a large squad, which is worth considering on weaker hardware.

What 18+ mods for Kenshi are really worth installing first?

Minimum working set: Yet Another Kenshi Nude Mod and Dong Patch provide a stable base without complex dependencies. Warmaidens and Female Android add game content on top of the visuals – it’s a different level of engagement than just changing textures.
