Panam Palmer deserves more than CD Projekt gave her in the vanilla game. Panam mods for Cyberpunk 2077 turn a shallow romance into a proper relationship with daily schedules, dates, and hundreds of new messages.

Panam Romanced Enhanced
Vanilla Panam just stands by the bar at the Aldecaldos camp after the romance. No movement, no life, just a static NPC with one line.
- Full 24-hour schedule: sleep, shower, food, phone, bar
- Panam sleeps from 23:00 to 05:00, showers twice a day
- An option to hug Panam during any of her activities
- Integration of mod Hugs functions for natural interaction
- Fixes bed-related bugs from the original mod

Post-Romance Delivery System (Panam)
CD Projekt forgot about parcels and gestures of care after the romance. This mod addresses that omission with an underground delivery service.

Panam’s vanilla body and figure look good, but some of us want more curves. This mod gives her a curvier figure and a larger bust.

280 new messages versus a few vanilla lines. CD Projekt barely tried to expand communication once the romance quests were over.

Time and weather aware Panam
Panam wears a jacket in the heat and sunglasses at night in a vanilla game. A complete lack of common sense from CD Projekt.
- On sunny days, Panam wears sunglasses
- Removes her jacket during the hottest part of the day
- Does not wear sunglasses on cloudy days, but still removes her jacket when it is hot
- Puts her jacket back on at sunset
- Works with Weather mods (Nova City and others)

Concept Art Panam
Panam’s vanilla exterior is based on early concept art, but the final model lost many interesting details. This mod brings back the artist’s original vision.

A complete remake of Panam’s face. The vanilla model looks outdated even by 2020 standards.

✅ How it changes gameplay: Panam’s face becomes more detailed and expressive. Dialogue close-ups and romance scenes look much better, with a clear improvement over the vanilla model.
Mod installation recommendations
If you are new to modding, start with the basic combination or read my modding guide. Panam Romanced Enhanced adds realistic behavior, Panam Body Enhanced improves her body, and Panam Appearance Overhaul reworks her face. These three mods are compatible and easy to install.
Add Post-Romance Delivery System, Romance Messages Extended, and Go on a Date. Together, they turn the romance into a relationship with messages, parcels, and dates. More Alternate Clothes and Time and Weather Aware Panam add visual variety.
Critical notes: most mods require patch 2.1+ or 2.2. Make sure you have AMM installed for appearance mods and Multilayer Material Xtender for the correct colors. Time and Weather Aware Panam can conflict with AMM, so disable AMM while testing your setup. Activating Panam Romance Messages Extended may require a CET command:
Game.GetQuestsSystem():SetFactStr(“panam_default_on”,1).
